Tinca is designed with privacy as a core principle. We collect minimal data and your robot communications stay on your network.

Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit: your robot data or telemetry, video feeds, control commands, robot IP addresses, network topology, dashboard layouts, or widget configurations. All of this data stays on your device and your local network.

Data We May Collect

Crash reports and basic analytics (app launches, feature usage counts) may be collected through standard platform services (Google Analytics for Firebase, Apple App Analytics) to improve the App. This data is anonymous and does not include robot data or personal information beyond what the platform provides by default.

Purchase Data

In-app purchase transactions are handled entirely by the platform store (Google Play or Apple App Store) and our payment processor (RevenueCat). We receive a purchase receipt to unlock features but do not process or store payment information.

Local Storage

The App stores your preferences (theme, connection profiles, dashboard layouts) locally on your device using standard platform storage. This data is not synced to any external server.

Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with: RevenueCat (purchase validation), platform crash reporting services. Each service has its own privacy policy. No robot data is shared with these services.

Your Rights

You can delete all locally stored App data by clearing the App data through your device settings or by uninstalling the App. Since we do not maintain user accounts or store personal data on our servers, there is no account deletion process needed.

Children

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App.
