Request data deletion
How to request deletion of any data Tinca holds about you. Tinca only collects the minimum data required to provide in-app purchases: an anonymous app user ID and purchase history.

What data we collect
Tinca collects only the minimum data required to provide in-app purchases:
- An anonymous app user ID generated by RevenueCat to associate purchases with your device.
- Purchase history (transaction receipts) when you buy Tinca Pro.
We do not collect personal information, location data, contacts, photos, files, browsing history, analytics, or any other data. All your dashboards, robot connections, and app configuration are stored locally on your device only.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your data:
- Email support@aurilabs.tech.
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request - Tinca.
- Include the email address associated with your Google Play account, or a screenshot of your Tinca Pro purchase receipt.
We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email once your data has been deleted.
What gets deleted
Upon request, the following will be permanently deleted:
- Your anonymous app user ID on RevenueCat.
- All purchase history records associated with your account.
What is retained
Tinca does not retain any other user data. We do not have user accounts, profiles, analytics, or stored preferences on our servers.
Note on Google Play purchases
Google Play retains transaction records independently of Tinca. To request deletion of those records, please contact Google Play Support directly. We are not able to delete data held by Google.
